Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate, also abbreviated and known simply as "SLES" 30% is an anionic alkyl ether surfactant. It's known for its strong cleaning, wetting, emulsifying, dispersing, and foaming abilities. SLES 30 percent active is used in all kinds of commercial and industrial cleaners like transportation cleaners, carpet and textile cleaners. It is an excellent foamer and cleaner, regardless of water hardness.
