Order Cancellations, Return Policies, Refunds
Order Cancellation: Level 7 Chemical respectfully requests that customers not cancel orders. If you do cancel an order please email us with the reason by email to Help @level7chemical.com as soon as possible but no later than the close of business the day the order was placed. If you placed the order after business hours, email us by Noon the next business day and we will review the information. If the order has already shipped there may be additional charges.
As we all know there are often supply chain issues and delays. If there is a delay in shipping your order, we will email and or call to let you know the approximate ship date and arrival to you. *Please make sure that your email server accepts emails from us 
( We use an email address from google / gmail, and also an email address with the company name ending in @level7chemical.com). Check spam folder too. In cases of delays caused by supply chain issues or transportation delays we respectfully request that customers not cancel orders after being notified of the delay and after giving us the "OK" to proceed with the order. If you cancel after giving us the "ok" after being notified of a delay we reserve the right to charge a minimum 10% restocking fee and you agree to pay the fee.
We will not cancel orders that have shipped. If the product is refused when shipped and delivered there will be a minimum 10% Restocking fee plus any other additional charges incurred.
Please be patient with returns and refunds. It can take up to 7 to 10 business days to approve a refund for cancellation order and for the money to show back on your method of payment
Return Policy
Due to the nature of the chemicals and ingredients we offer, we typically do not accept returns. We typically only accept returns due to shipping an incorrect item. Therefore, returns are decided on a case by case basis and all returns must be pre-approved.
If you do need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order if we approve the return.
If we do accept the return and it was not our error there is typically a restocking fee ranging from 10% to 20% maximum. Return shipping will be charged to the customer.
Refunds - It can take up to 7 to 10 business days to approve a refund for returned or cancelled order, and additional days for the funds to show on your method of payment.

Level 7 Chemical tries to be as accurate as possible when describing goods, ingredients and supplies, however we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information that is provided via our website, telephone conversations or email correspondence ad how that will be used for your particular use. 
It is up to the customer to adequately research the appropriate uses and disposal for goods purchased. Depending on the manufacturer's specifications for a particular product, sometimes variations in color or odor my be different from lot to lot. We do not guarantee that any ingredient will be consistent in appearance, color or odor from one batch to another, as variations may be within the manufacturer's specifications for a particular product. Request a specification sheet for a product when not available on the product page.
Level 7 Chemical has no way to know all of the uses and applications that a particular customer might use the products we sell and therefore makes no claims or warranties for any product(s) or good(s) being sold as to be fit for a particular purpose. Buyer should test product before use. Level 7 Chemical, the owners, employees make no warranties expressed or implied.
The contents of our website, descriptions, have not been evaluated by the FDA. Information contained herein is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
