Service area & timelines

We primarily ship to commercial/industrial addresses in the continental United States. Most orders leave our facility within 3–5 business days depending on inventory and lead times. Based on your ship-to location, carrier transit may add 2–5 business days.

Note: We only serve customers in the continental U.S. We do not ship to international destinations or non-continental U.S. addresses.

Carriers & hazardous materials

Except for certain small/consumer items, goods primarily ship via LTL freight (e.g., FedEx Freight, SAIA, XPO) or ground carriers (FedEx, UPS). Some products are hazardous materials (HAZMAT) regulated by DOT. Our staff is trained to ship HAZMAT with U.S. LTL and package carriers. We do not ship HAZMAT by air.

We typically do not ship non-parcel HAZMAT to residential addresses. Our cart should configure HAZMAT shipments and applicable charges; if an issue arises, we will contact you.

Residential vs. commercial addresses

Shipping to a residence usually costs more and may be restricted for certain items. Home-based businesses without a dock or forklift are treated as residential. If you don’t have a commercial address, we recommend pickup at a local freight terminal to save cost. We can help locate a nearby terminal.

Choosing the correct shipping method

Do not choose “LTL Freight to Business Address” unless your delivery location is a true commercial address with a dock and/or forklift. If you need help, contact us for a custom quote.

Rates & weight-based pricing

Shipping rates are weight-based. The net weight of an item is listed on its product page.

Cart errors & delays

If there’s a cart error with shipping—or delays due to inventory or supply-chain disruptions—we’ll reach out with corrected information. You are under no obligation to complete a purchase if shipping is incorrect or the timeline does not work for you.

Additional services & charges (LTL)

  • Appointment delivery — required when a location has no standard receiving hours.
  • Liftgate service — required when there’s no dock/forklift.
  • Limited-access/rural/special delivery — e.g., farms, schools, universities, many water treatment plants, and other locations carriers classify as limited access.

We describe common surcharges in our LTL options, but there can be scenarios we can’t foresee. By placing an order, you agree to select the option that best describes your delivery. We will advise of any additional fees; if you don’t agree, we’ll gladly issue a refund.

Shipping schedule & origins

We ship Monday through Friday from our Conway, Arkansas warehouse. In some cases, we may ship from supplier or public warehouses for faster service or better rates.

Pickups & arranging your own freight

Warehouse pickup (by appointment): Tue–Thu, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM. Email help@level7chemical.com or call 855-927-1777 to schedule.

  • Pickup customers are responsible for securing their loads.
  • All pickup customers must sign our “Waiver of Responsibility” before loading (request a copy via email/phone).
  • Pallets and preparation/labor may incur additional charges.

We may also ship from public or partner warehouses near ports of entry when it improves delivery time or price—charges in those cases are based on the shipping origin used.
