Sodium Sulfate Textile (Anhydrous) — Na₂SO₄
High-purity sodium sulfate Textile Grade (Anhydrous) for powder detergents, textile dyeing/leveling, pulp & paper (salt cake), glass manufacturing, drying agent applications, and general chemical processing. White, odorless crystalline powder; readily soluble in water.
Overview
Sodium sulfate anhydrous is a neutral, inorganic salt widely used in textiles, and as a detergent builder/filler. It is typically used as a leveling agent in textile dye houses. Sodium Sulfate also finds use as a key raw material for glass and pulp & paper (kraft process). In labs and manufacturing, it’s also employed as a drying agent for organic phases. It dissolves readily in water and is largely inert in many formulations.
Common Applications
- ✓Detergents: powder detergent filler/builder; improves flow and dosing.
- ✓Textiles: dye leveling/salting-out to promote consistent shade.
- ✓Pulp & Paper: salt cake for kraft process.
- ✓Glass: flux/fining aid in glass manufacturing.
- ✓General Processing: inert neutral salt, desiccant/drying agent.

Formulation & Performance
Sodium sulfate is a neutral salt that contributes ionic strength and assists with powder flow characteristics. In dyeing, it helps control dye uptake for level coloration; in detergents, it supports granulation and dosing stability. Validate dose and compatibility for your process.
