Defoamer 10% Silicone
Defoamer 10% Silicone is a white, opaque liquid with a mild odor.
This food grade 10% active silicone antifoam agent is designed for aqueous applications and can be diluted with water for use across a broad range of operating temperatures, including boiling. It is a nonionic formulation.
Common applications include cheese and whey production, potato processing, brine solutions, juice beverages, dietetic soft drinks, vegetable washing, edible soy protein processing, and fermentation processes.
