Lactic Acid 88% FG
Also known as Milk Acid, Lactic Acid 88% is used primarily as a general-purpose food and beverage additive. It has a mild acid taste and is widely used as an acidulant in the food industry. It can be used as a preservative, curing agent, or flavoring agent. It is also used a lot in beer-brewing and wine-making to lower the pH/alkalinity.
