What Areas Do You Serve?

We ship across the continental U.S., typically within 2–5 business days. We can also ship to your U.S.-based freight forwarder for international orders.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Most orders ship within 3 business days (Mon–Fri). High demand or holidays may delay shipping. You’ll be notified if a delay occurs. 

Do You Offer Free Shipping?

Some products include free shipping and are clearly marked on their pages (e.g., Bio-Clean Enzyme). Most industrial chemical orders do not include free shipping. Review our Shipping Policies.

Can I Pick Up Orders at Your Warehouse?

Yes, by appointment only (Tue–Thu, 8 AM–3 PM). Contact help@level7chemical.com or call 855-927-1777.

  • Pickup customers must sign a waiver of responsibility.
  • Customers must secure their load; pallet/wrap fees may apply.

Can I Arrange My Own Freight?

Yes. We help customers with arranging their own freight. There may be additional charges  for pallets, labor, and preparation. Also see details under Warehouse Pickup.

What Other Logistics Options Are Available?

We can arrange terminal pickups and other logisitics services through major carriers. This is ideal for customers without dock access or needing flexible delivery options.

Can You Provide Custom Quotes (Including Shipping)?

Yes, including products not listed online. Use our Custom Quote Form or email help@level7chemical.com.

What Is Your Return Policy?

Returns are reviewed case-by-case within 15 days of receipt. Items must be unused and unopened. Non-error returns may incur a ≥10% restocking fee; customer pays return shipping. See our Terms of Service for details.

Is There a Warranty?

Level 7 Chemical provides no express or implied warranties. Always request samples and test products before use. See our Terms of Service for more details

Do You Offer Credit Terms?

Where Is Level 7 Chemical Located?

Level 7 Chemical is located at 253-255 Sturgis Rd, Conway, AR 72034. Visits and pickups are by appointment only. The facility is conveniently near I-40 with access to I-30, I-55, and I-49.
