Getting started with Level 7 Chemical
We recommend going to our website, Level7chemical.com and setting up a user name and password on our Account Registration page to get started. Include the correct shipping and billing information, and set up a payment method. Save your information. When you sign in check out will be quicker and the shipping quotes should be accurate if the correct information was entered.

What geographic area does Level 7 Chemical cover? Level 7 Chemical covers the enter continental United States, North, South, East and West United States. Since Level 7 Chemical is located centrally near major U.S. interstates we can conveniently serve all of the United States usually within 2 to 3 days. We are just 1 mile from the major East - West interstate across the US, I-40 and within 30 minutes of I-30, and just 2 hours of both I-55, and I49. We are right in the middle of most US major interstate corridors covering the entire United States and reaching most US Cites and population centers.
Plus, we also ship to freight forwarders, if you have an address outside of the continental United States that you need to ship to. (customers must arrange and make their own freight forwarding arrangements)
How long does shipping take? Level 7 Chemical strives to ship all orders within 3 business days of receiving an order. We ship out orders Monday through Friday. Occasionally due to holidays, demand or supply chain delays, we sometimes have delays on some products. We will call or email you to let you know if there is a delay. If the lead time does not suit your needs you are under no obligation. However, if you do give us the "go ahead" to move ahead based on our shipping time we provide, we respectfully ask that you not cancel the order as agreed upon. There will be a restocking fee of no less than 10% if you agree to the delay and we order the material and you cancel.

Does Level 7 Chemical offer Free Shipping?
Level 7 Chemical offers limited free shipping for select products, and the information will be displayed on the web page for the product. Most orders for chemicals and ingredients do not have free shipping. Some products, Bio-Clean Enzyme treatment for septic systems and plumbing, for example, and many associated products for home and lab use, may offer free shipping. Items with Free Shipping will have that in the description and in check out you will note that there will be no shipping charges as you complete check out. Most of our industrial chemicals and ingredients typically ship on LTL freight or in some cases ground shipping and we do not offer free shipping on those. Check the descriptions.

Can customers pick up orders at our warehouse? Yes, we allow customers to pick up orders at our warehouse in Conway Arkansas, but only with an appointment. Appointments for pick up are usually Tuesday - Thursday from 9 am to 3 pm. Call customer service to schedule your appointment or email help@level7chemical.com.
* All pick up customers will be required to sign our "Waiver of Responsibility" before we load your goods. If you need a copy of the waiver call or email and we can send it to you.
* Pick up customers are 100% liable for securing their own load.
Can I arrange my own freight?
Yes, Level 7 Chemical allows customers to arrange their own freight to pick up goods at our warehouse in Conway Arkansas. Additional charges will apply for pallets, pallet preparation, and labor to get the goods ready for shipment. Call or email our customer service department for more details. * Also see "Pick Up orders" details above.
Our company is not in the US. Can you ship to me? We can ship to a freight forwarder that you have arrangements with. The freight forwarder will need to be in the continental US. The freight forwarder you are working with can then arrange the shipping to get your material to you if you are out of the United States. We can not recommend any freight forwarders at this time.
What other logistics services does Level 7 Chemical offer customers? In addition to shipping to freight forwarders, allowing pick up of orders, and arranging all kinds of freight (from just a pallet to a truckload) for customers, Level 7 Chemical can arrange for customers to pick up freight at the terminals of most major freight carriers. This option often makes it easier for customers that do not have a forklift, or warehouse but want to save money on shipping. This is also a great option for customers doing a job in another city for example. If you are based in Cincinatti Ohio, but have a job in Memphis TN, rather than hauling products, have Level 7 Chemical arrange for your products to be shipped directly to where they are needed and pick them up there.
Can Level 7 Chemical provide custom quotes on chemicals, ingredients, supplies, and include shipping? Yes! Level 7 Chemical can provide custom quotes on all kinds of chemicals and goods every day. What is the return policy at Level 7 Chemical?
Due to the types of products we sell, Level 7 Chemical typically accepts returns on a case by case basis. Returns are accepted on a case- by case basis. Contact us immediately, or no later than 15 days of receiving a product from us, and we will get the information and submit it to management. Material must be unused and unopened.
If we ship the wrong product(s) we will replace with the corrrect product. In the case of us shipping the incorrect item contactus immediately upon receipt or no later than 15 days after receipt of the order.
To start any return contact us immedaiately upon receipt, or no later than 15 days after receipt, by email at help@level7chemical.com or call us at 855-927-1777 with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with our decision and give further instructions. If we accept the return request we will also include instructions on how to proceed as far as shipping the return items.
If we accept a return and it was not our error there is a minimum 10% restocking fee and the return shipping will be paid by the customer. Refunds can take up to 7 to 10 business days to approve, and additional 5 to 7 days for the funds to show on your method of payment.

Is there a warranty? If I buy a product and use it and it does not work for my application what's my recourse? In this example, No. We do not offer warranties for merchantability or suitability for a particular purpose.
We encourage users of our products to requests samples, especially if you have not used the products you are purchasing before.
Users and buyers understand that Level 7 Chemical, the seller, MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, REGARDING THE PRODUCTS, EQUIPMENT, AND PRODUCTS OFFERED FOR SALE.
Request samples, and always test products before use.
In some very limited examples/ cases Level 7 suppliers may offer a separate warranty from ours. For example Goat Throat Pumps.
Does Level 7 Chemical offer credit terms?
Yes, Level 7 Chemical offers credit terms to select established customers with good credit history, after approval. You can get started here.
What if I place an order and the pricing or description was incorrect? Descriptions and pricing on the website (catalog) are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct descriptions, spelling errors or pricing errors or other errors on our website and ads. Please e-mail us if you have any questions about prices. *We reserve the right to refund an order or an item on an order if there is a pricing discrepancy we can not resolve.
