How do I contact Level 7 Chemical?

What geographic area do you serve?

We ship across the continental United States, typically delivering within 2–5 business days via major freight carriers. We’re centrally located near I-40 with convenient access to I-30, I-55, and I-49.

Outside the U.S.? We can ship to your U.S.-based freight forwarder (you arrange forwarding and paperwork).

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 3 business days (Mon–Fri). Holidays, demand, or supply constraints can cause delays—we’ll notify you by email/phone. If a quoted lead time doesn’t meet your needs, you may cancel before we procure material. After approving a delay, cancellations may incur a ≥10% restocking fee.

Do you offer free shipping?

Some items include free shipping and are clearly marked on their product pages (e.g., certain consumer/home items like Bio-Clean Enzyme). Most industrial chemicals ship LTL or ground and do not include free shipping. Also review our Shipping Policies.

Can I pick up orders at your warehouse?

Yes—by appointment only (Tue–Thu, 9 AM–3 PM). Email help@level7chemical.com or call 855-927-1777 to schedule.

  • Pickup customers must sign our “Waiver of Responsibility.”
  • Customers are responsible for securing their load; pallet/wrap fees may apply.

Can I arrange my own freight?

Yes. Additional charges may apply for pallets, preparation, and labor. See “Warehouse pickup” details above.

What other logistics options are available?

We can arrange terminal pickups with many major carriers—useful if you don’t have a dock/forklift or need delivery in another city.

Can you provide custom quotes (including shipping)?

Yes—even for items not listed online. Email help@level7chemical.com or use our Custom Quote form.

What is your return policy?

Due to product types, returns are reviewed case-by-case within 15 days of receipt. Items must be unused and unopened. If we shipped the wrong item, we will replace it. If a return is accepted and it wasn’t our error, a ≥10% restocking fee applies; customer pays return shipping. Refunds: 7–10 business days to approve, plus 5–7 days to appear on your payment method.

Is there a warranty?

Please request samples if you haven’t used the product before. We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Always test products before use.

Do you offer credit terms?

Yes—for select established customers after approval. Apply here.

What if pricing or descriptions are incorrect?

Catalog descriptions and pricing may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors and to refund an item/order if a discrepancy cannot be resolved.
