Return Policy
Returns are accepted upon approval if we are contacted no later than. and within 10 days after delivery. Returns must be pre approved before shipping the order/ products back. If we ship the wrong product(s) we will replace with the corrrect product ordered upon receipt of the incorrect item. In the case of shipping the incorrect item we must be contacted within 10 days after receipt of the order.
To start a return contact us at help@level7chemical.com or call us at 855-927-1777 with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with our decision and give further instructions. If we accept the return request we will also include instructions on how to proceed as far as shipping the return items.
If we accept a return and it was not our error there is a 10% restocking fee and the return shipping will be paid by the customer.
Refunds can take up to 7 to 10 business days to approve, and additional 5 to 7 days for the funds to show on your method of payment.
Order Cancellations: Level 7 Chemical requests that customers not cancel orders after placing them. If you do cancel an order please email us with the reason by email to Help @level7chemical.com as soon as possible but no later than the close of business the day the order was placed. If you placed the order after business hours, email us by noon the next business day and we will review the information. If the order has already shipped there will be additional charges including a restocking fee and return shipping.
If an order is shipped by us and refused by a customer there will be a minimum 10% Restocking fee plus any other additional charges incurred including return shipping.

It is up to the customer to adequately research the appropriate uses, the handling or, and disposal for goods purchased. Depending on the manufacturer's specifications for a particular product, sometimes there may be variations in color or odor from lot to lot. 
We do not guarantee that any ingredient will be consistent in appearance, color or odor from one batch to another, as variations may be within the manufacturer's specifications for a particular product. Request a specification sheet for a product when not available on the product page.
