PEG 400 is a water-soluble polyethylene glycol used in many applications. It provides excellent lubricity, solvency, and hygroscopicity in many formulations. It can be used as a carrier, additive, and/or chemical intermediate for a variety of applications.
PEG 400 is hydrophilic and soluble in water, acetone, alcohols, glycols and aromatic hydrocarbons
