Briess 2-Row Brewers Malt is one of the most versatile base malts out there and can be used for almost any beer style with great results! It will produce a light straw color when brewed. It gives a smoother, less grainy flavor that is mildly malty. When compared to 6-Row Malts, 2-Row will have a slightly higher yield and slightly lower protein. This malt is an excellent fit for small batch craft brewing!
