"Briner's Choice" food grade calcium chloride is made to meet and exceed FCC / Food Chemical Codex specifications U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) requirements. This product is certified as Kosher and Halal compliant.
BRINERS CHOICE is made to be used in solution form. After dissolving in potable water and filtering to remove insoluble residue, solutions made from BRINERS CHOICE will meet the Food Chemicals Codex monograph for calcium chloride solutions.
