Dipotassium Phosphate FG

Dipotassium Phosphate Food Grade is a water-soluble salt commonly used in the food and beverage industry as a versatile additive. The chemical formula is K₂HPO₄. It is commonly used as a buffering agent, emulsifier, stabilizer, nutrient source, and chelating agent.
