Flour Salt, Extra Fine - Treated
Flour Salt most commonly refers to very fine, powdery salt that has a texture similar to flour. It is pure salt, just washed, filtered, dried, screened and quality-control tested in a finer cut with added free-flowing agent. It is produced by grinding and screening vacuum salt to a particle size of less than 70 mesh. The salt particles have a very high surface area and a rapid dissolving rate. Tricalcium Phosphate FG and a trace of Yellow Prussiate of Soda (Soda Ferrocyanide) are added as free flow and anticaking agents.
