Payments and Payment Terms

Catalog descriptions and pricing may change without notice. All prices are subject to change as further described in our Force Majeure and Pricing Adjustments section below. We reserve the right to correct errors and to refund an item or order if a pricing discrepancy cannot be resolved. A refund is the only recourse.
Force Majeure and Pricing Adjustments
All prices, product availability, and delivery timelines are subject to change without notice due to market conditions and factors beyond the control of Level 7 Chemical and its suppliers.
Level 7 Chemical shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance, including the inability to fulfill orders at quoted or listed prices, where such failure or delay is due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, weather events, fires, floods, pandemics, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, supply chain interruptions, raw material shortages, governmental actions, regulations, military actions, or other force majeure events.
In the event that such conditions result in increased costs or limited product availability, Level 7 Chemical reserves the right to adjust pricing, modify quantities, or cancel orders, including after order confirmation or payment has been received.
If a material price change is required after an order has been placed, Level 7 Chemical will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer. The customer may accept the revised pricing or cancel the affected order for a full refund of any amounts paid.
Package Size
We may correct or change package sizes. If a 55-lb bag changes to 50-lb, we will notify you and adjust charges accordingly.
Mobile Terms of Service
Our website adapts to mobile. These Terms and our Privacy Policy apply to the mobile experience.
Communications
We primarily communicate via email or phone regarding transactions, inquiries, and purchases. By engaging with us, you consent to receive such communications.
SMS Messages

Cancellations & Returns

Customer Pickups
Appointments are required. Customers are fully responsible for securing their loads. Pickup customers must sign our “Waiver of Responsibility” before loading; request a copy via email or phone.

We encourage requesting samples, especially if you have not used the product before.
NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE MADE REGARDING PRODUCTS, EQUIPMENT, OR GOODS OFFERED FOR SALE.
Request samples and always test products before use. Variations in appearance, color, or odor can occur between batches within manufacturer specifications. Request a specification sheet (COA) when needed.
Knowledge & Safety
Customers assume all risk for products purchased and must research safe and appropriate use, handling, storage, labeling, and disposal, following manufacturer guidance and applicable regulations. Always read the SDS and use appropriate PPE.
By purchasing and using products from Level 7 Chemical, you agree you are knowledgeable about safe use and will not hold Level 7 Chemical liable for issues arising from use, storage, handling, or disposal.
