Soda Ash

Soda ash, also known as Sodium Carbonate or washing soda, is a white powdered material used for basic equipment cleaning. It is capable of absorbing atmospheric moisture and carbon dioxide slowly to form sodium sesquicarbonate and various hydrates.

Soda Ash has many uses from pH adjustment in liquids, to water treatment and swimming pools, to fixing dyes and reactive dyes, and as a powdered cleansing agent for household purposes like washing clothes. Sodium carbonate is a component of many dry soap powders, along with sodium sulfate.

Sodium Carbonate is soluble in water.

Soda Ash is 99.95% purity.
