Dextrose Monohydrate Food Grade is a mild sweetening food additive for flavor enhancement, high fermentability. It is used in food and drink formulatons, ice cream, candies/ confectionary, bread. Dextrose also adds sweetness, and browning, flavor enhancement, plus texture when used in many recipes and formulas. Also used to extend shelf life.
Clintose Dextrose is affirmed GRAS under 21 CFR 168.111 and meets both USP and FCC Specifications. It is Kosher and Halal certified.
Clintose Dextrose A has a mildly sweet flavor, high fermentability, and a negative heat solution. It is a white, free-flowing crystal that is odorless. It is also soluble and stable under normal conditions.
