Sodium Bisulfate Tech Grade is a dry, water soluble, non-hazardous acid that reduces pH in diverse technical applications such as water treatment systems, metal finishing, cleaning compounds, pools and more.
Sodium bisulfate (often sold by the name "pH Decreaser" or as "dry acid" is a granular chemical used to lower both pH and total alkalinity. It is often considered a safer, easier-to-store alternative to liquid muriatic acid, helping prevent cloudy water and equipment scaling in water treatment and also pool use. It is also environmentally friendly, biodegradable, and non-toxic however precautions should always be taken for safety as this is an acid.
