TRITON X 100 type Non Ionic Surfactant
Non Ionic Octylphenol Ethoxylate TRITON™ X-100 type widely used as an effective detergent, emulsifier, and dispersing. Offers strong cleaning result as it offers a hydrophilic (water loving) polyethylene oxide chain and an aromatic hydrocarbon lipophilic or hydrophobic group meaning it lowers water tension and helps clean by penetrating the base (for example fiber) and then not re-attaching but washing away.
This surfactant is commonly used in household and industrial cleaners, paints and coatings, and pulp and paper processing.
