Caustic Soda beads, chemical name "Sodium Hydroxide", has uses in all kinds of commercial,industrial, chemical manufacturing processes, and even some specialty food preparation. Caustuc soda, (sodium hydroxide) is also known as lye and used in soapmaking. It is generally used as a solid or in a solution.
Caustic in bead form is used in many commercial and industrial applications, food uses, soapmaking as well as a wide assortment of chemical processes. Since caustic soda, is an alkali it is used for pH adjustment, metal cleaning, scouring, and heavy duty cleaning and degreasing. It also uses in paper manufacturing, has uses in the petroleum industry, and many other chemical processes
Caustic Soda is easily dissolved in water since it is hygroscopic.
This type of Caustic Soda from Level 7 is less dusty than the flake form of Sodium Hydroxide which means easier handling.
