Guar Gum FCC
Guar Gum is the most widely used general purpose thickener and texture modifier in the food industry. It has excellent viscosity building properties. Guar Gum is derived from the endosperm of the plant Cyamopsis Tetragonoloba. It is a hot and cold water soluble Galactomannan Polysaccharide. It provides mouth feel to dairy products as well as controls water and extends shelf life of baked goods. This Guar Gum is 200 mesh and gluten-free.
