Many of our scales ship free and carry a manufacturer warranty (2–3 years on My Weigh and Jennings models, with warranty service handled through the manufacturer's center in Phoenix, AZ). 
If the warranty covers the defect you can ship the MyWeigh and Jennings scales direct to manufacturer  warranty center in Phoenix, Arizona. They'll fix or replace scale. Your replacement should arrive in about two to three weeks. Receipt is needed and other paperwork for warranty is in box.   * See details for individual products. * * Not all scales sold are covered by this warranty.
