Calcium Chloride Tech (Water Hardness) 10lb Bag
If you need to raise your calcium levels in your pool or spa water, calcium chloride is a great chemical to help with that! Typical calcium hardness levels should be between 200-400 ppm. If you need to test your water hardness, you can do that with this helpful water hardness test kit. In general, to raise your water hardness 10 ppm, add 2 ounces of calcium chloride for every 1,000 gallons of water. It is recommended that you make a solution first (fill a bucket half way with your pool or spa water then add the calcium chloride and stir until fully dissolved) then add the solution to your pool or spa, distributing evenly.
