Simply follow the easy instructions and just tear off a strip of test paper, immerse in water for five seconds, then instantly compare the resulting color with the color chart. The paper is held in a convenient, plastic dispensing container.

DIRECTIONS: This kit contains 2 rolls of test papers and 2 specially calibrated color charts. One roll measures between 0-20 grains per gallon of calcium carbonate. The second roll measures from 10-50 grains per gallon. The color chart has color matches at 0, 5, 10, and 20 grains per gallon. A reading of 5 grains per gallon indicates moderately hard water. The second roll of test paper has color chart matches at 10, 20, 30, and 50 grains per gallon and is used for testing known hard water sources.

Each kit contains (2) 15-foot rolls of test paper and matching color charts. Do not store in an area with high humidity or in an area where they may be exposed to water before use.
